Delivery times for standard shipping depend mostly on location and take 5 to 10 business days, sometimes a little longer to remote areas. Parcels are dispatched from Sydney, Australia, by New Zealand Post. All parcels are sent with full tracking information - details of which are sent with your despatch confirmation. Tracking information is only available on arrival in New Zealand which is 2-3 days after despatch.
Delivery times for express shipping is usually 1-3 business day and are despatched via DHL Express. All parcels are fully trackable - details are sent with your despatch confirmation. . We are not able to offer any delivery time guarantees as we have no direct control over our freight providers. Express delivery is only available in Auckland & Wellington and is based upon the delivery postcode. If it does not show for your postcode, then it is not available for that area. Delivery to PO Boxes are not available for Express Shipping.
Estimated shipping times are from when orders are despatched from our warehouse not from ordering. Please pay close attention to the estimated despatch dates to avoid disappointment.
Important Delivery Information
Unless otherwise instructed, we send all parcels registered post, meaning the delivery driver will not leave the parcel without a signature being provided. If the driver is unable to obtain a signature, then they will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Depending on the carrier we have chosen, this may be your local Post Office.
Post Office Boxes
We will happily deliver to PO Boxes within your specified country for standard shipping. If you select express shipping, your parcel will be shipped via DHL Express which does NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Import Customs & Duty For Orders Delivered Outside of Australia
Most countries have import duty and other taxes on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately Zodee is not able to estimate what these charges might be. We always include a customs declaration (CN22) or commercial invoice (for courier deliveries) which has the value of the products being purchased based on the price paid. We are legally unable to enter any other value or mark orders as gifts. We encourage all customers take into account whether taxes and duty apply before ordering.
Why has my parcel not been despatched when I chose Express Shipping?
Please check your estimated despatch date in your order confirmation. It is likely that we had to order items from our suppliers which we cannot expedite. Rest assured that as soon as it arrives it will be despatched with an Express Method so you should receive it sooner after despatch.
How do I track my parcel?
Full tracking information is provided in your despatch confirmation, plus we will send you emails with progress of your parcel as it makes its way to you. If you do not have this information, please contact Customer Service.
How are my goods packaged?
All parcels are lovingly packed into sturdy boxed to protect your items by our experienced warehouse team. These same boxes can then be used to return any items back to Zodee. In some case, such as backordered items, products may be in a plain satchel.
Can I change my delivery address?
Delivery addresses can be changed at any point prior to despatch, simply contact Customer Service. Once you receive your despatch confirmation then we are unable to change the address.
Estimated Despatch Dates
All orders are given an estimated despatch date during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation. However, it must be remember that these are just estimates based on the information available at the time of ordering. Despatch dates can be affected by busy periods or delays from suppliers. We will, of course, endeavour to keep customers informed at all times.
